As long as you ship your package by 5pm, you will get paid the next business day. No waiting,
no hassle. YOU DON’T NEED TO PRINT THE LABEL, Most Fedex locations will print the label
free of charge. Just provide the tracking number to the Fedex attendant and THEY WILL
PRINT, PACK, TAPE, AND PROCESS YOUR SHIPMENT.

Can I track my package?
Yes, all of our shipping labels come with a unique tracking number that you can use to track your package. We'll also let you know once your package has been delivered to our facility.
What if I don’t have access to a printer to print my shipping label?
No printer? No problem! Most fedex locations will print the label for you free of charge. Just provide the Fedex attendant the tracking number. If you want us to send you a physical label, Just shoot us an email and we’ll mail you a physical copy of your shipping label. Be sure to reference your offer number when requesting a mailed shipping label.
How do I get a shipping label?
After you accept our offer, The label will be sent to your email so you can print it out at a later time or save a copy for your records.
What are my payment options?
We offer 5 payment options. All options are processed the same day we receive the device, except for the Check option. The payment options include:
• PayPal payment
• Amazon e-gift card
• Bank wire
Checks are mailed out the same day we receive the device and can take 2-5 days for delivery. The Amazon gift cards are sent via e-mail directly from Amazon. If you select Paypal, please keep in mind that PayPal will charge you 2.9% + $0.30 of your total payment as their seller fee.

or you can send it in with the device and we will dispose of it. When selling brand
new sealed devices, DON’T OPEN THE BOX TO REMOVE THE SIM CARD. We will
remove the sim card for you.
How Do I delete my personal data?
The fastest way to do this for Apple devices is by going to the Settings icon -- “General" tab -- "Reset" tab and then select "Erase All Content and Settings." If you are unable to delete your data using the above method because your device is no longer functioning, you can follow these steps to remove your data remotely
How long do I have to ship my device after placing an order?
Your offer is locked in for 7 days after checkout. As long as your package has been marked as shipped by Fedex in that time frame, your offer will still be valid! If your package is shipped after the 7 day period it will be subject to current pricing at the time of delivery. We will contact you if a re-quote is necessary.
Do you provide a shipping container?
At this time we only supply a free OVERNIGHT shipping label. You’ll just need to find a padded envelope (recommended) or a box to ship your device in.
What if I put my wrong personal information for payment or wrong payment type?
If you want to change your payment type, address, or email, you will have to contact
us via email, chat, or phone for one of our representatives to make the changes in the
Removing Your iCloud account using your device
- Select ‘Settings’ and tap ‘iCloud’.
- Click on your name.
- Click on 'iCloud'.
- Scroll down and click 'Find My iPhone'.
- Turn Find My iPhone off.
- Enter your Apple ID password.
Removing your Samsung account with your device
- Tap the ‘Apps’ icon.
- Open ‘Settings’.
- Select ‘Accounts’.
- Select ‘Samsung Account’.
- Select your email address.
- Tap ‘more’ in the top right corner and select ‘Remove Account’.
- Tap ‘Remove Account’.
- Enter your password and confirm.
- Select ‘Remove Account’.
- Your Samsung Account will now be removed.
- Select ‘Remove Account’.
- Your Samsung Account will now be removed
