Do I have to pay for shipping?
ABSOLUTELY NOT. After accepting our offer, we will email you a Fedex Overnight shipping label completely free of charge. YOU PAY ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
What is checked during the evaluation process?
During the evaluation process, we’ll first make sure that all the specifications of your device are as you described them to be (i.e. model, carrier and storage capacity). We’ll then run a series of inspections and tests on your device to make sure that it matches the condition criteria you selected
What if I’m unsure about my device’s condition?
We have clearly defined condition categories so you’ll know exactly how much money you will be receiving for your device. If you used our condition guide and are still unsure about what condition your device is in, you can always contact us via the live chat, call us, or email us. Our call center is open 9am-6pm eastern time Monday through Friday
How soon after delivery will my device be evaluated?
We will evaluate your device(s) and process the payment the same day it’s delivered to us. As long as you drop off the package at Fedex by 5pm, we will receive it the next day.
Do I need to include any accessories?
Please refer to the Condition section to see if accessories affect the trade in value. If you still want to send us the accessories, We will make use of and responsibly recycle any Phone accessories you would like to include with your package.
Can I track my package?

Yes, all of our shipping labels come with a unique tracking number that you can use to track your package. We’ll also let you know once your package has been delivered to our facility.

What if I don’t have access to a printer to print my shipping label?

No printer? No problem! Most fedex locations will print the label for you free of charge. Just provide the Fedex attendant the tracking number. If you want us to send you a physical label, Just shoot us an email and we’ll mail you a physical copy of your shipping label. Be sure to reference your offer number when requesting a mailed shipping label.

How do I get a shipping label?

After you accept our offer, The label will be sent to your email so you can print it out at a later time or save a copy for your records.

What are my payment options?
We stand behind our promise: ”SHIP TODAY, GET PAID TOMORROW”
We offer 5 payment options. All options are processed the same day we receive the device, except for the Check option. The payment options include:
• PayPal payment
• Amazon e-gift card
• Bank wire
• Zelle
• Check
Checks are mailed out the same day we receive the device and can take 2-5 days for delivery. The Amazon gift cards are sent via e-mail directly from Amazon. If you select Paypal, please keep in mind that PayPal will charge you 2.9% + $0.30 of your total payment as their seller fee.
What does “unlocked” mean?
A phone that is “unlocked” is one that is not associated to a carrier. As we do offer more money for phones that are “unlocked”, you can ask your carrier to unlock your phone for you and then submit it as an “unlocked” phone. You would have to reach out to your carrier to see if they can unlock the phone for you.
What personal information do I need to provide?
We’ll need your first and last name, email address, and shipping address.
How do I get a quote for my device?
To get an obligation-free quote for your device, click the “SELL MY DEVICE” button, select the device you would like to sell. From there you’ll select your device’s brand, model, storage capacity and condition to be given an instant quote.
What should I do with my SIM card?
We don’t need your SIM card. You are welcome to keep your SIM card if you’d like,
or you can send it in with the device and we will dispose of it. When selling brand
new sealed devices, DON’T OPEN THE BOX TO REMOVE THE SIM CARD. We will
remove the sim card for you.
How Do I delete my personal data?

The fastest way to do this for Apple devices is by going to the Settings icon — “General” tab — “Reset” tab and then select “Erase All Content and Settings.” If you are unable to delete your data using the above method because your device is no longer functioning, you can follow these steps to remove your data remotely

How long do I have to ship my device after placing an order?

Your offer is locked in for 7 days after checkout. As long as your package has been marked as shipped by Fedex in that time frame, your offer will still be valid! If your package is shipped after the 7 day period it will be subject to current pricing at the time of delivery. We will contact you if a re-quote is necessary.

Do you provide a shipping container?

At this time we only supply a free OVERNIGHT shipping label. You’ll just need to find a padded envelope (recommended) or a box to ship your device in.

What if I put my wrong personal information for payment or wrong payment type?

If you want to change your payment type, address, or email, you will have to contact
us via email, chat, or phone for one of our representatives to make the changes in the

Preparing Your Device For Shipment
Removing Your iCloud account using your device
  1. Select ‘Settings’ and tap ‘iCloud’.
  2. Click on your name.
  3. Click on ‘iCloud’.
  4. Scroll down and click ‘Find My iPhone’.
  5. Turn Find My iPhone off.
  6. Enter your Apple ID password.
Removing your Samsung account with your device
  1. Tap the ‘Apps’ icon.
  2. Open ‘Settings’.
  3. Select ‘Accounts’.
  4. Select ‘Samsung Account’.
  5. Select your email address.
  6. Tap ‘more’ in the top right corner and select ‘Remove Account’.
  7. Tap ‘Remove Account’.
  8. Enter your password and confirm.
  9. Select ‘Remove Account’.
  10. Your Samsung Account will now be removed.
  11. Select ‘Remove Account’.
  12. Your Samsung Account will now be removed
